The cuisine at Mooserhof is deeply rooted in South Tyrolean tradition while also embracing Mediterranean influences. Our in-house restaurant sources ingredients from local producers and turns them into fresh, seasonal dishes that are also enjoyed by non‑resident guests.

Thanks to the menu choice, you always have the opportunity to select your favourite dish. Our kitchen places great importance on quality and regional origin, allowing you to experience South Tyrol through its flavours.
A delicious start to the day
The day at Mooserhof begins with a rich breakfast buffet: crispy bread from the local bakery, fresh dairy products from Sexten / Sesto and the surrounding region, homemade jams and spreads, cold cuts from the local butcher and freshly prepared egg dishes on request. Guests staying in the Residence can also book breakfast flexibly and start the day in a relaxed way.
